A native of Wolsey, South Dakota, Troy Bader has dedicated over two decades to the insurance industry. After graduating from the University of South Dakota in 2000 with a degree in Business, Troy began his professional journey in Omaha, Nebraska, in 2003. It was there that he developed a foundational expertise in the field before venturing out to establish his own independent agency in 2009.

Troy specializes in senior-market insurance, focusing specifically on Medicare and Final Expense planning. Since relocating to Sioux Falls in 2014, he has continued to grow Midwest Division Insurance Agency, built on a commitment to helping clients navigate complex coverage options with clarity and care. His long-standing experience in the Omaha and Sioux Falls markets has given him a unique perspective on providing tailored financial protection for families.

Outside of his professional life, Troy is a devoted family man. He married his wife, Jaymi, in 2011, though their connection dates back to his freshman year of college through a long-standing friendship with her siblings. When he isn't in the office, Troy can be found enjoying the South Dakota outdoors—whether he's boating, camping, or catching a game. He also places a high priority on unwinding and sharing a laugh with close friends.
